RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Spiritual Garden Healing does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us at spiritualgardenhealing@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of delivery. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Spiritual Garden Healing is a family run business and handling times may vary from 5 to 10 business days and Shipping times may vary from 1-3 business days. Please refrain from sending emails regarding order status if we are in the time frame stated.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they were received. Shipping days are every Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in order status shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
