  1. The stages of labor: our Understanding the different stages of labor, including early labor, active labor, transition, and pushing. Understanding these stages can help moms feel more prepared for the birth experience.

  2. Pain management techniques: Techniques to manage labor pain, such as breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and massage.

  3. Breastfeeding: Provide guidance and support for breastfeeding, including tips on proper latch, positioning, and milk supply.

  4. Comfort measures: Teach moms various comfort measures, such as using a birthing ball, taking a warm shower, or using aromatherapy, to help manage labor pain.

  5. Medical interventions: Explain the different medical interventions that may be used during labor and delivery, such as epidurals or Pitocin, and help moms make informed decisions about their care.

  6. Postpartum care: Provide information and support for postpartum care, including recovery from childbirth and caring for a newborn.

  • We will follow up by using our exclusive group dedicated to our moms community. Additionally, we offer one-on-one comprehensive support for anyone who needs it.
