Build a Sustainable, Licensed, and Aligned Doula Practice

Starting or growing your doula practice should not feel confusing, isolating, or overwhelming. You deserve guidance, structure, and support from someone who understands both the heart of this work and the systems behind it.
My 3-Month Doula Mentorship Program is designed to support doulas in building a professional, ethical, and sustainable practice while navigating licensure and professional development with clarity and confidence.

Who This Mentorship Is For

  • A new or emerging doula ready to build your practice intentionally

  • A doula seeking structure, systems, and accountability

  • Preparing to pursue licensure or certification through the Arizona Department of Health or related pathways

  • Feeling unsure how to turn your passion into a professional, compliant practice

  • Looking for mentorship that honors both community-based care and professional standards

What We’ll Work On Together

Over three months, we will focus on practice foundations, professional development, and systems support, including:

  • Clarifying your role, scope of practice, and service offerings
  • Building the structure of your doula practice
  • Creating a personalized Professional Development Plan
  • Understanding licensure pathways and regulatory requirements
  • Setting up workflows, documentation, and client management
  • Strengthening professionalism, boundaries, and sustainability
  • Developing confidence as a doula and business owner

This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Your mentorship will be tailored to your goals, experience, and community.
