1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water

1 zucchini, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Directions:
Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and add it to a pot with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is fluffy and the water is absorbed.
