Why You Should Be Focused on Balancing Your Chakras

Well…Let's be honest here. There is so much “Chakra” information floating around. It can be very overwhelming, but it also doesn’t make “Everyone” putting out the information an expert. One thing we all can agree on though, When we focus on our chakras we feel a deeper sense of balance, energy, and abundance.

Chakras are part of our auric field, connected to many layers of energy. These 7 layers and Life experiences our and have affected our alignment as human beings. Sometimes, even with western medicine like counseling, time with a psychiatrist, etc., you realize it's just not enough. This is where holistic alternatives play a part in your health. Healing your chakras are so much more that wearing colors, and eating a certain way ( In my option)…But it is a great start.

Here is some tips on how to heal your chakra, Which will lead into why you should be taking the time to align, breath, and heal.

1. Meditation

By using a chakra meditation, you can connect to the invisible energies within you and open up new pathways to healing and growth. By doing a chakra meditation, you are focusing the energies of the 7 main chakras along your spine. You are choosing to actively participate with your full body, you're examining its layers on a healing level and witnessing the effects of thoughts and feelings and healing the discomforts of having a blocked or over active chakras.

2. Reiki

Reiki plays a big part in aura clearing. With reiki, chakras can be cleansed and the energy can be distributed throughout the body. Reiki helps the body return to a state of relaxation and alignment, which allows it to potentially better heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. Many experience different releases but a normal release is an emotional release. Many release emotionally after reiki due to flinging balanced and level headed. They were able to pinpoint and release what has been blocking there chakras.

3. Chiropractic

Chiropractic care helps release many of your emotions in several ways. Many People typically store their emotions in their physical bodies. Chiropractic adjustments can help release these emotions and align your spine, where your main 7 energy point our. Adjusting the spine helps release tension held in muscles for a more relaxed mind and body. After Chiropractic services many feel a boost in energy and a little bit taller.

4. Massage

Massage therapy is known to help align and balance the energy flow through the chakras. and you body. Massage therapy is able to nourish all 114 chakras within your body. Many Massage therapist a familiar with other holistic practices and specializing in many subjects. Ex: Reflexology.

5. Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a big stable in the holistic industry. It is known all over the world to help with many many things. There are many essential oils associated with the 7 main chakras. They play a part in opening up your body to energies to assist with the balance of self. By utilizing essential oils with your breath work practices, your chakras and mind will start to align.

These five our great ways to invest into your alignment but chakra balancing isn’t all about services, So we at will be doing a chakra challenge just for you to learn the in’s and out’s of balancing your chakras on a daily basis.
